  Had a great experience. Staff were open to negotiating price, they look my piece of s*** trade in off me for far more than it was worth AND swapped the plates over for me. All within the day. Servicing is a little pricy but you get what you pay for. Would buy again.

  Edger, Karen and Ian provided me with a positive sales experience at time of purchase and I find the vehicle good to drive. My commitment to provide the dealership with service return ceased after the first maintenance service. Service did not reset the on board service meter even after I reminded the lady at the service desk to do so. Both the coolant and power steering oil levels were left well below minimum, the engine oil was overfilled and they inflated my tyres from the placard stated 33 PSI to 46 PSI. All items above were ticked as performed on the service sheet they supplied me. I contacted the young lady in service and advised her of what had occurred. The care factor was zero and she let me go without offering any rectification of my substandard service experience. In my time as a service manager in the heavy truck industry if a customer said to me I don't think I will be back as I am not happy with your response, my answer would not have been "Righto".
